FxWallet support never DMs you first, and never asks for your mnemonic phrase or private key. 🚫
Anyone who does is a scammer, even in an official group or in the replies to an official post.
How it works: scammers watch groups and replies for people asking for help, then message them as "FxWallet support". They ask for your phrase to "verify" or "fix" the wallet, send a link to a fake site, or ask you to scan a code.
Real help only comes from:
- Email: support@fxwallet.com
- In the app: Me → Feedback
Not sure who you're talking to? Email us a screenshot and ask.

Withdrawing USDT from an exchange to FxWallet? Match the network you picked under Receive:
BNB → BEP20 / BSC
Ethereum → ERC20
TRON → TRC20
Exchanges name them differently: check the network, not just "USDT". Send a small test first.

Basics 2/3: back up your mnemonic phrase before you deposit. 🔐
Me → Wallet Management → pick the wallet marked "Not Backed Up" → Mnemonic Back up.
Write the words on paper, in order. Then confirm the backup: FxWallet asks for a few of the words by their number.
Never keep it as a screenshot or a photo. Screenshots sync to cloud backups, and any app that can see your photos can read them. The same goes for notes, email and chats.
Anyone who sees your mnemonic phrase can take everything in the wallet. FxWallet can't recover it for you, and FxWallet support will never ask for it.

New to FxWallet? Basics 1/3: getting your first crypto in. 📥
One rule matters most: the coin AND the network must match on both sides.
1. In FxWallet: Wallet → Receive → search the coin → pick it on the network the sender will use. Copy the address, or let the sender scan the QR code.
2. Withdrawing from an exchange? Choose the network that matches the one you picked in FxWallet:
USDT on BNB Chain → BEP20 (BSC)
USDT on Ethereum → ERC20
USDT on TRON → TRC20
Crypto sent on another network may not arrive.
3. Using an address or a network for the first time? Send a small amount first. When it shows up, send the rest.
Good to know:
- Your address is safe to share: nobody can take your crypto with it.
- On EVM networks (Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base…) your address is the same on every network, so the network the sender picks decides where your crypto lands.
- You don't need a memo to receive crypto in FxWallet.

🚨 WEB3 SECURITY ALERT: THINK BEFORE YOU TRUST.
Scammers are getting smarter. From fake gold investment websites to phishing links and malicious token approvals, one wrong click or signature could put your assets at risk.
🔐 Protect your wallet:
🔗 Verify URLs — Double-check the official website before connecting your wallet.
🚨 Beware of fake airdrops & investments — Don’t trust unrealistic returns or offers just because they look legitimate.
✍️ Read before you sign — Never blindly approve transactions or grant unlimited token allowances to unknown contracts.
🛡️ Review & revoke permissions — Regularly check your token approvals and revoke unnecessary or suspicious ones.
⚠️ Remember: A professional-looking website doesn’t guarantee legitimacy. Never share your seed phrase or private key with anyone.
Your assets. Your responsibility. Stay alert, stay secure

FomoPeek was listed on the #AppStore on August 29, 2026 as a read-only on-chain monitoring and alerting app. Publicly, it was presented as a tool for monitoring whale wallets across #Solana, #Ethereum, and #TRON, without connecting to wallets or requiring users to provide seed phrases.
Its distribution was primarily driven by crypto #KOLs and related communities. Users were asked to use a referral code to download and register the App Store version, set a “security code,” add wallets for monitoring, and keep the app active on a physical device for several minutes. After review, users could receive a 5–7 USDT reward.💰
⚠️ This requirement is noteworthy because the embedded CicutaVirosaStrategy, corresponding to the publicly disclosed cicuta_virosa exploit, takes more than two minutes to run per execution. The requirement for a physical device and several minutes of activity is therefore consistent with the technical characteristics of the exploit chain, although this alone cannot establish malicious intent.
