How do organizations advance equity while transitioning leadership? The #NavigatingChange initiative & @ChangeElemental are thrilled to share @metronyu Dr. #FabienneDoucet's (@bailabomba) thoughts on navigating #change as new ED, here: bit.ly/3vJVnTv @FordFoundation

ALT This image captures a square sharped graphic featuring text, logos, and image. At the top of this graphic there is a quote that reads, "This recognition doesn't solve the problem. but affords a measure of freedom; it everything is a One, then starting is more important than where you actually start." To the right of the right is the round, purple NYU Metro Center logo. In the middle of the graphic, just beneath the quote, is the logo for Aurora Commons, nonprofit organization working improving equity and democracy. And adjacent to that is an image of NYU Metro Center Executive Director, Fabienne Doucet. Fabienne is to whom the quote is attributed to. Thus, her name is also featured on bottom left hand corner of the graphic.
