As a result of an #FBI Boston investigation, an illegal alien from India, Prakashkumar Prajapati, has been sentenced to nine years in federal prison for his role in a multi-state scheme to defraud at least eight elderly victims in five states, including Maine and New Hampshire. As part of the scheme, victims received telephone calls from individuals posing as government officials who instructed victims to withdraw cash and purchase gold to turn over to the government for safekeeping. The callers then arranged for victims to meet fake government agents to hand over the cash and gold. Nasaiah Johnson, of Baltimore, MD, & Xiao Yu, an illegal alien from China living in NJ, admitted today to their roles in a 2025 armed robbery of a Londonderry, NH business where an employee was threatened with what appeared to be a firearm & restrained. Johnson & three co-conspirators stole merchandise & goods from the business, placing those items into a box truck driven by Yu before fleeing the scene.
