i put a small budget together, hired a woodworker, and built the office i'd wanna work in everyday. the opposite of an open office.
it's a mash between a cubicle, and workshop.
- easy to focus
- everyone gets a private corner
- to chat with a teammate, just say hi.

Cubicles like this are probably the optimal office layout. You have a lot of space and privacy to work, but then you can just stand up to talk to your colleagues. And if done correctly they can look incredibly cozy. I’m a big fan of @FarzaTV’s office as shown here:

it’s very rare when you build a product and strangers on the internet instantly understand it + fall in love with it. so cool.
ty for such a kind review ❤️
I have an announcement.
Today, we make Bill Gates proud.
@heyclicky is now on Windows.
Made a video with @ycombinator on how to launch.
I hope this helps someone out there finally get their first 1000 views, first customers, whatever. This is a game of consistency, not one time viral hits.
TLDR: Record a shitty demo, and just start showing your work.
There’s a misconception that a successful launch video needs to cost tens of thousands of dollars and feel like a high production commercial. But @FarzaTV has a different approach.
Farza is the founder of @heyclicky and previously built Buildspace, one of the largest online schools for people working on their own ideas. He’s been making videos for over a decade, and today his posts regularly get millions of views. Rather than treating launches as rare, high-stakes moments, he’s made them part of the everyday process of building a company.
Farza sat down with YC’s @aaron_epstein to share his playbook for turning demos into stories people actually want to watch. He breaks down how he scripts videos that still feel off the cuff, why founders should launch constantly, and and how to figure out which channels actually convert.
01:44 — Launch Constantly
03:38 — Start Shipping Demos

My take on personal agents:
1. The technology is amazing.
2. I often have no idea what to use an agent for (well, apart from coding).
This stuff is only as powerful as what you ask.
I don't think booking flights or restaurants is the killer use-case (but, useful!). I think the killer use-case will be in helping individuals use this technology to create new economic value:
Starting businesses.
Turning a hobby into income.
Launching a $500 a mo side-hustle.
From selling your first $25 anime shirt design to a clothing brand doing $5,000/mo, it's never been more possible.
We all have these magical beings on our phones and laptops now to help us, and very few of us know how to unlock them. Another blank chat box does not help.
AI will take jobs, but, I think it can start helping people create their own.
An interface that helps humans unlock their potential is what I wanna build.
Our v1:
Introducing collaborators.
Each is a mini AI that helps you:
Figure out what to build.
Find your first users + fans.
Make your first $1 on the internet.
If you're someone trying to start something new, I think you'll like this.
