Vitalik 最新一条帖子提了一个值得琢磨的角度：对抗式治理的机制设计，可能会先在 AI 安全上找到真正的杀手级应用——两者都是「较弱的委托方」想从「更强的代理方」那里拿到理想结果。他指出一个关键结论：只要能限制代理之间的串谋空间，结果就会好很多；做多 Agent 协议和多签治理的 builder 可以顺着这条线索想想自己的设计。

There's a deep duality between the two environments. Both are about a less-sophisticated principal trying to get ideal outcomes from a set of more-sophisticated agents: in the first case, the principal is a static algorithm and the agents are humans, in the second case, the principal is humans plus weaker LLMs and the agents are stronger LLMs.
A key finding was that you can achieve much better outcomes if you can guarantee limits to how much agents can collude (see: Nash equilibria being abundant, vs. cooperative-game-theory "cores" often being empty). That argument should naturally transfer to this new setting.

Glamsterdam 为以太坊引入第二套 Gas 计量机制。
执行交易与创建永久状态将分别计量：向已有地址发送 ETH 仍为 21,000 gas，向新地址转账则可能需要更高的 gas 预算。

Glamsterdam Gives Ethereum a Second Gas Meter
@ethereum has long charged a fixed 21,000 gas to send ETH from one address to another. Wallets, fee tools, and dApp features all assume that number.
A coming upgrade, Glamsterdam, changes the model. Ethereum will split costs into two meters: execution gas for running the transaction, and state gas for writing new data that every node must store forever. Sending to an address that already exists still costs 21,000. Sending to a brand-new address can cost about ten times more.
The aim is bigger blocks without letting the chain’s stored data grow so fast that ordinary computers can no longer run a node. Compute stays relatively cheap; creating permanent on-chain data does not.
