tZERO Named a 2026 Info-Tech Innovator of the Year Award Winner tZERO’s transfer agent platform unifies traditional and tokenized share classes onto a single cap table with synchronized on-chain ownership records tZERO Group, Inc. ("@tZERO"), the Infrastructure-as-a-Service company powering the tokenized economy, today announced it has been named a winner of the Innovator of the Year Award as part of the 2026 Info-Tech Awards. Presented by Info-Tech Research Group (@infotechRG), a global IT research and advisory firm, the award recognizes organizations that have implemented innovative technology initiatives to solve business challenges, improve operational efficiency and deliver results. tZERO’s award centered on its transfer agent, developed to bring blockchain-based securities into the same process used to administer traditional shares. The platform connects to more than 20 blockchains and combines tokenization with established transfer agent functions, including ownership recordkeeping, compliance and corporate actions. “Transfer agency still relies heavily on batch files and manual reconciliation, and tokenization can end up adding another ledger to manage,” said Chris Russell, EVP, Chief Technology & Security Officer at tZERO. “We built our platform so the official shareholder register and blockchain record are one book, not two to reconcile. Traditional and tokenized share classes sit on the same cap table, with compliance and corporate actions built into the workflow.” Built as a modular platform with APIs, a white label platform, pluggable blockchain adapters and Halborn-audited smart contracts, the system processes standard transfer agent files on-chain with penny-level precision. It also automates certain corporate actions, including USDC dividend distributions and dividend reinvestment. Each record change is documented with before-and-after values, providing compliance teams with an audit trail. Issuers can manage cap tables, distributions and employee equity in one place, while investors and employees can access a self-service view of their holdings. By using industry-standard transfer agent formats, tZERO’s platform allows institutions to incorporate tokenized securities administration into existing workflows. Offered through tZERO’s Infrastructure-as-a-Service model, its transfer agent and tokenization capabilities can be integrated through APIs and white label solutions, allowing institutional partners to expand their digital asset services without building the underlying technology and regulatory infrastructure themselves. 🚨BREAKING: BLACKROCK CEO LARRY FINK SAYS THE TOKENIZATION OF FINANCIAL ASSETS IS COMING FASTER THAN AI HE BELIEVES THE WORLD ISN'T PAYING ENOUGH ATTENTION TO WHAT'S ABOUT TO HAPPEN MEGA BULLISH FOR CRYPTO
🚨JUST IN: 85% CHANCE THAT FED MAINTAINS INTEREST RATES THIS MONTH! Each time we saw this pattern, $BTC dumped ~10% This time it won't be an exception and that's exactly what will start next likely major correction to new lows My plan remains: Back into $60K-$80K range The move above $80K looks more like a deviation than a real breakout We took liquidity above the range, failed to build acceptance there and now price should rotate back inside From there I expect BTC to move toward the opposite side around $60K And just like we deviated above the highs, I expect one final deviation below the lows That sweep into ~$54K is still where I expect the real macro bottom to form Only after that I’d be looking for the real reversal Remember that I am posting news daily and monitoring each major macro event to post and warn you So make sure to follow me and turn notifs on

More than half of trading in tokenized equities takes place outside regular market hours. The demand for 24/7 access is real. The challenge is building markets that are also deep, liquid, and resilient. Learn more in our GFSR chapter on tokenization: imf.org/en/publications/gfsr…

*SOFTBANK BACKED DAYONE DATA CENTERS FILES FOR $5B NASDAQ IPO AT IMPLIED $20B VALUATION SoftBank backed DayOne Data Centers (formerly GDS International) filed for a U.S initial public offering on the Nasdaq under ticker $DODC, targeting up to $5 billion in proceeds before year end. The Singapore based hyperscale developer reported first half 2026 revenue surged 238% year over year to $512 million, driven by aggressive capacity deployment across Asia-Pacific and Europe, while its H1 net loss widened to $81.9 million due to front loaded capital infrastructure investments. With over 1.5 gigawatts in contracted capacity bookings secured since its 2022 inception, the proposed $20 billion valuation follows a $4.5 billion private round led by Coatue and Hillhouse backed by Citadel founder Ken Griffin and SoftBank highlighting persistent institutional appetite for regional AI data center power and interconnect infrastructure.
*AMD CEO LISA SU SEES AI COMPUTE DEMAND OUTSTRIPPING SUPPLY THROUGH 2027; PLANS SUBSTANTIAL CAPACITY RAMP WITH TSMC AND MEMORY PARTNERS $AMD Chief Executive Officer Lisa Su emphasized that demand for AI compute infrastructure continues to outpace total market supply, expecting this imbalance to persist over the next several years before AMD "substantially increases" overall supply capacity in 2027. Speaking to Reuters, Su confirmed AMD has already expanded supply through 2026 but noted the company "could definitely use more," commending primary foundry partner TSMC for aggressively bringing online advanced node capacity while cautioning that HBM remains a pervasive industry bottleneck.

Structure Matters (SM): All this chatter about HPC/Hyperscalers and Digital Credit. Yes, the asset class will grow to a trillion dollars of debt that is owed, but more important is how ther is strategy to pay it back? Hence, the reason why we call it DEBT!! We think this is an opportunity. dadsetf.com/follow-the-cash-…

Spending on AI infrastructure is projected to average 3.6% of US GDP in the coming years. That would represent a higher share of the economy than the investment in Canals (1836-41), Railroads (1870-90) and Electrification (1905-25) ... Combined.

Structure Matters (SM): Congrats to @MorganStanley for being so forward thinking! #Innovation as an early adopter has a price that not everyone is willing to pay for, but the long term benefits are usually worth it.
Morgan Stanley’s new Digital Asset Lab is another sign of how serious the firm is about bringing finance onchain. They’re exploring stablecoins, tokenized deposits, money-market funds and DeFi vaults, and I don’t expect them to slow down. The goal isn’t tokenization for tokenization’s sake. It’s rebuilding financial markets from the ground up. As Amy Oldenburg, Head of Digital Asset Strategy at Morgan Stanley, told me: “Tokenization isn’t the goal.” Here’s her two-minute overview on @GSR_io’s The Crypto Tape.

Today, with over 100 industry partners, we introduced the NVIDIA Open Agent Safety Platform, bringing together OpenShell and Sentry. Artificial intelligence is extraordinary technology that will advance discovery, productivity, security, health, and prosperity for generations to come. But its full promise can only be realized when people have confidence that AI is being built to be safe and deployed with wisdom and responsibility. This is bigger than a single product. It's the beginning of an open ecosystem to build the trust layer for safe agent systems. Together, we are building the foundation of the AI economy. Trust and innovation are not in conflict. Safety is how trust is earned. We must build not only the most capable AI, but the most trusted AI, so that this extraordinary technology can realize its enormous promise for the world. nvda.ws/4hcoq7m

AI is moving fast. But not everything around it is. Capabilities can advance exponentially, while infrastructure takes years to build and organizations can take even longer to adapt. Leaders will need to manage at multiple speeds: mck.co/aieconomy

It brought more liquidity instead -@JayPestrichelli, Chief Trading Officer at Tidal, says his honest bet: half the issuers asking AI for a new trading idea aren't getting one that works.
