ALT Tokenized stock ownership framework, as of 14 October 2026. A company share connects the token to the shareholder register, as with Superstate Opening Bell. A security entitlement connects the token to shares held through a broker, as with Securitize Stocks. An issuer claim connects the token to an issuer and backing shares, as with xStocks, Ondo, bStocks and Robinhood Chain. One-to-one backing does not mean identical ownership rights.

ALT Published tokenized stock fees cover different actions. xStocks on Bybit: 0.20% maker/taker fee at VIP 0. bStocks: 0% for eligible stock-to-token conversion. Ondo Stocks: quote-dependent markup or markdown plus gas. Robinhood Chain: 0.05% issuer redemption fee after 90 days, with 0% during the first 90 days from issuance; this is not a retail DEX fee. Also check spreads, venue fees and network gas. No conversion fee does not mean a free trade. This is not a total-cost ranking.

ALT Five checks before buying a stock token: ownership, whether a share, entitlement or issuer claim; redemption, including who can exit, when and into what; real cost, including spread, fees, gas and dividend deductions; liquidity at the intended trade size; and control, including custody, freezes, KYC and country limits. Self-custody of the token does not remove custody risk in the shares. Compare the same ticker, trade size and trading session.
