In tech communities, how we respond matters just as much as what we know. One thing I’ve noticed is how often open, exploratory conversations get shut down by overly technical replies. Sometimes it’s unintentional. Sometimes it’s a flex. Either way, it can shift the tone 🧵 1/4

Shocked @AmericanAir Executive Platinum Pro desk took 2 hours and 4 transfers to apply flight credit to purchase a ticket and deeply disappointed their customer service declined a service adjustment. If you require us to call to use a credit 2 hrs is truly unreasonable

I’m overwhelmed by the support our city needs right now. While it may not feel like enough, do what you can. #M365Miami is a small start. I am committed to learning how to do more. It isn’t about #Microsoft for me, it’s about an opportunity for education that everyone should have

WOW @AmericanAir, as a Platinum Pro member, I’m appalled by the service I received. Spent 30 mins on the phone just to get a simple answer on whether refunds would email me. First agent told me repeatedly to check myself and would not address my question. Escalated for help 😡 🧵

And this is hardly a week after my bag was lost and misdelivered. An entire plane of bags lost, we all needed to report it, the airline seemingly unaware. I thought status meant something these days? I will take my 125k miles elsewhere ✌️
