This is why you need to be scrolling daily. I found this image concept 2 weeks ago, it's the best performing concept in the ad account.
I sit on GH everyday, finding new concepts that haven't been saturated. 'I don't care if it upsets you' hook for example i found within the first week of it being a thing, i rinsed and repeated the hell out of it.
Every time there is a new concept, i am never late, i am never jumping in with the crowd. I'm the first in my niche, always.
Stopping being last to the concepts. Start GH doom scrolling.
Love this concept btw, especially for 60+ audience.
The two biggest switches i've noticed while scaling from $10k days to $50k days is doing less research on Reddit and more research reading articles and documentaries.
There are so many articles with real world statistics on their pain point.
Statistics showing you the exact % of your audience and what they sufferer from.
The second one is when i'm on reddit i press 'Control F' and type '?' on the main reddit for xyz pain point.
Here i can see what they THINK they might be suffering from.
Neuropathy? X Sciatica ✓ for example.
Controversial take?
When people post a lifestyle photo and get their girls cheeks in the corner of it is the cringiest thing in the world.
Idk why people angle max just to show a women in a photo.
Also posting guns next to their bank cards, like ffs 🤦♂️
🚨HIRING🚨
Hiring for my 8 figure supp brand.
Looking for A players and killers.
Will pay a mere $3k BUT that is NOT including bonuses.
Only the best of the best. Someone who will spend their whole day exclusively on this opportunity.
Must show proof of spend.
Bruh, some of these hiring tweets are so lost.
There is a skill to swiping. You can't just swipe ads with spend and expect it to work.
Breakdown the ad structure, not every structure will be right for your product.
Cartoon native concept
Desire focused idea
Structure:
Desire - 'He has not followed me around this house since 1994'
Reason behind the fulfilled desire 'It is the leggings Terry'
Demographic depicted in the characters
Native ads can be used for absolutely any niche.
This is a bed topper brand. One of my best ever natives came from swiping a Jewelry brands native and i'm not speaking about the copper bracelets that unlock your third eye.
Broaden your swipe files outside of your product and even your niche.

Working from a new environment changes everything, changes perspective, outlook and overall input.
I’m finally out of my bed. 🇮🇹
This is me speaking from a native standpoint. I’m sure there are some killers out there that actually do this but I’ve never done this in my life.
Never written down sub avatars to split test, never written down desires to test.
They have a problem, I story tell their problem.
I’m not sure how to explain it properly, I write down a competitors angle but never do your typical sub avatar deep dives etc if that makes sense.
See who they are targeting then remake with a story, simple.
MAKE SURE I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT YOU.
I see so many people failing product launches with awful ads.
For example, i run a product lets say a hair loss one.
Someone new will enter the market (You), they will launch with a bunch of natives testing a bunch of avatars. Fast forward 2 weeks later, inactive ads.
When launching a product, look at your top competitors, what awareness levels are they focusing on? What avatar are they focusing on?
My first 30 concepts (2 days worth of ads) when launching a product will be the market leaders top avatar, always.
If they are doing video ads on women aged 60 with hair loss, then i will copy the avatar 1:1 but as a native. If they are doing native images on the same 60 year old women avatar then i will make natives on that same avatar but compete with new stories.
