Connect. Eye to eye with the one who needs it. Love them more than the results. Then everybody wants to give more. Week 1-3 already showed the build to respond. Execute holds because the rooms stayed wired. Love God. Love others. back to Clear. Tired. Do it anyway. The numbers follow the person.

It's treating your body like the business it is. It’s your biggest asset. Physical. Mental. Spiritual. All of it. Availability is the best ability. Stay healthy. Never miss a game. Staying healthy isn’t luck. It’s to seeing where you’re exposed. Staying as consistent to coach it your self if no one else will. It’s hips and T-spine mobility, kinetic chain from the ground up 01 FEET WHAT IT DOES. Ground contact. Force initiation. The entire throw starts here. Ground forces hit 3x bodyweight through the rear foot. 02 ANKLES WHAT IT DOES. Stability under load. The pivot point for every throw. Absorbs landing force on the front foot during release 03 KNEES WHAT IT DOES. Shock absorption. Power transfer from ground through hips. Front knee extends during acceleration to transfer energy upward. 04 HIPS & SPINE (THE ENGINE) WHAT IT DOES. 50% of all throwing force originates here. Hip rotation speed determines arm speed. Hip range of motion determines how much energy transfers upward. 05 CORE WHAT IT DOES. Force transfer from lower body to upper body. Trunk rotation. Spinal stability under contact. The bridge between power and expression. 85% of arm activation comes from core and periscapular muscles. 06 SHOULDERS WHAT IT DOES. The most complex joint in the body. Number two QB injury behind head injuries. Attacking your scapulas supports the AC joint and collar bone. Scapular stability. The shoulder must move correctly on a stable scapula. Throwing volume management across the season. Arm care is a daily practice, not a warmup. Elbow.. wrist.. Hand.. Protect the wrist on contact. The hand is the last thing to touch the ball. It must be the most reliable. Number three most injured site for NFL QBs.

The Build. 🧱 Everybody can see the roster. Not everyone saw or sees the daily rhythm that made the roster at their full. The 72 hours after a new player walked in the door. The way a man was treated when he lacked. The way the coaches sacrificed. The way the backup quarterback held the room so the starter could play free. But the same things won that always won. Toughness. Discipline. Commitment. E1 @E1report the inner ear was the first developed. Balance. Learn how you process: E1report & Development Retain. Build. Own. Connect. Confidence leads. Go look at Joe Burrow, Baker Mayfield, Aaron Rodgers, the list of carpet rides in development are rare in college. You just have to build. There is an operational path that is clear in development and it can not be doubted. Go ask Saban.

Key: 🤫 & Truth vs Noise. 🎯
Kyle Shanahan explains how sometimes a leader is the only person in someone’s life willing to tell them the truth “My dad always said, ‘Just always be honest with guys.’ It’s something I’ve always done. I think it’s hurt me with probably two or three players in my career. Some people don’t like what you have to say.” “But I’ve also learned sometimes you’re the only person who tells them the truth. Some of these guys get so distorted. Uncles and agents and girlfriends or wives, they care about them, but they don’t know what the three-technique was supposed to do or what the coverage was.” “Not everybody knows the big picture. When you have to have that tough conversation, they know I’m not trying to hide from anything.” “I explain to them, ‘This is what I do. This is what I’m responsible for. I’m responsible for putting out the best team possible for the organization.’ If I don’t do that, my daughter might have to move schools again. I might have to fire this coach. I might have to cut this other player.” “It’s not a threat. You are running a business. You are still the boss. We all want everyone to get paid. We want everyone to be good. But you’ve got to remind people what your job is sometimes.” “I didn’t care if coaches yelled at me. I just knew when someone was teaching me and when someone was right. My biggest thing has been: I just want to teach people. Nothing’s worse than when you see coaches doing something based off someone else watching them.” “They raise their voice because the GM is out on the field, or the owner, or the head coach is right there, so they yell at that guy harder in front of the team to cover their ass. Players know that. Players are smart.”

That’s a freshman who knows what he owns before the snap. 🤙
TRENDING: Keelon Russell’s tape against East Carolina was SOMETHING ELSE. One NFL scout reportedly thought Russell looked “far more advanced” than most sophomore QB’s. There’s a reason why NFL evaluators see Jayden Daniels as a COMPARISON 😳🔥

The arm might get you in more buildings. What you hear, look at, and when you let it go, keeps you there. Rhythm is owned. Not borrowed. You live it with him @luke_mccown 🤙
Young QB’s If your limited in arm strength but really dialed in to what your looking at, as well as the rhythm and timing the concept or the throw requires… then you can be a 250M$ QB. Train your brain, eyes and feet, more than you train for arm strength
