Ethan De Veyra withdraws from 2026 WDF World Championships
Ethan De Veyra has unfortunately had to withdraw from the 2026 WDF World Championships as a result of an ongoing elbow injury.
De Veyra had secured a Lakeside debut after finishing the season second in the USA regional ranking table.
Now, however, his spot will go to Joey Lynaugh in line with WDF rules and regulations.
Speaking on his withdrawal, De Veyra said: "My injury isn't fully healed and has been limiting my ability to practice and prepare properly.
"It's really disappointing because representing the USA at Lakeside means a lot to me, and I've worked hard to earn this opportunity. I hope to have another chance to compete at Lakeside in the future."
