This is really inspiring + counterintuitive Something you wouldn’t *think* could scale, but actually scales *the most* Magic Patterns celebrates 3 years in business by celebrating early power users (not their own achievements) A counterintuitive approach is the same reason it’s a great product - they put care and craft into the details that matter. Not splashy like a huge party, but a more durable ripple effect.

values for .ai and .si domains will collapse AI is *how* something is made, not *what* is made. most companies are not building AI, just leveraging it, so an AI domain is actually just a distraction to their core offering. it’s so commonplace now, nobody cares if a product is AI powered, they just care if it solves their problem.

idea to find hidden off-market rentals: before (14,388) β†’ after (414) search Redfin or Zillow FOR SALE listings using various keywords such as: separate entrance, in-law unit, guest suite, ADU, etc. try one at a time + guest house filter some are β€œunpermitted” or would never be advertised as available to rent

One trick is to search Zillow or Redfin for sale listings (not rentals)… with the keyword β€œseparate entrance” or β€œguest suite” or β€œADU” some good finds and often unapproved duplex conversions can be found 😏

and a good point by @spicykitten415 try the filter for β€œrecently sold” and you’ll find new buyers who will most likely have the guest house/apartment empty
