Like every transformative technology, there will be jobs gained and jobs lost.
#GenerativeAI is so interesting as it can disrupt those jobs that weren’t disrupted necessarily by DotCom 1.0 or mobile or AI 1.0. As demand should be high for those new jobs and supply low, my expectation is that those companies benefiting most from the tech will pay for most of the reskilling.
This is something we should be talking about more. I recognize we’re still in the excitement cycle.
