Today we honour Indigenous Peoples' past, present, and future. A big thanks to our Food Services Training Program students Megan and Pauline for their skilled preparation of today's special: fresh bannock and Three Sisters Soup. #FeedingHopeChangingLives
🥖 Bannock is a traditional Indigenous bread - warm, fluffy and absolutely delicious.
🥣 Three Sisters Soup is a nourishing, storied dish named after the 'three sisters' of Indigenous agriculture: corn, beans, and squash.
