ICRISAT at #CGIARScalingWeek! 🌍 @CGIAR Chief Scientist Dr Sandra Milach shares the story of transformation in Bundelkhand, India, where ICRISAT's integrated watershed approach has helped restore degraded landscapes, recharge groundwater, expand cultivation and strengthen community resilience. During her recent visit to Bundelkhand, Dr Sandra visited project sites and interacted with farmers and communities to learn first-hand about the impact of landscape restoration and how these interventions are transforming lives. Bundelkhand offers a compelling example of why scaling matters: when a solution works, its impact should not stop where it started. Scaling means taking proven approaches further — reaching more communities, restoring more landscapes and creating greater impact.
