Passwortrücksetzung zeigt mir falsche Kontaktdaten an, trotz Sicherheitsfragen. Eure Hotline sagt eben, dass alles ok ist, mein Konto nicht gesperrt ist, trotz unzähliger Login-Versuche. Kann man dilettantischer sein?

Ich habe in letzter Zeit beobachtet, dass viele Service-Hotlines super freundlich geworden sind. Branche egal. Hatte so nette Leute zuletzt bei der #Krankenversicherung, #Finanzamt und #Telekom. Jetzt schallt es natürlich so raus wie rein, aber trotzdem auffällig. Und ihr so?
