As the second day continued, the student voice also had a much-deserved presence at our Conference. The Ember Team from St. Joseph’s Secondary School, Rush, delivered an incredible speech that was a credit to each of the students.
Day 2 of our Conference was also accompanied by the wonderful vocal talents of the choir from Our Lady’s College, Greenhills, Drogheda.
Day 2 of the CEIST Conference got off to a great start, with several workshops taking place throughout the morning. This was followed by the arrival of Minister for Education Hildegarde Naughton.
Day 1 of the CEIST Conference featured Mass celebrated by Most Rev. Michael Duignan, with music from Presentation College Headford’s choir. CEIST CEO Maeve Mahon then welcomed attendees before Dr. Melodie Wyttenbach of Boston College addressed the gathering.
