Athletes: Things suck…until they don’t:
✅Drills suck until they start working.
✅Conditioning sucks, until it’s the 12th inning.
✅Early film is boring until you see things before everyone else does.
✅Extra reps feel pointless until they separate you from others.
❗️Everything requires delayed gratification. That is part of the process; Embrace the suck, celebrate later.❗️
Have seen this kid make huge strides since I got her. And lots more room to grow too 🔥
Hitting with @CAGE2Hitting. Been working on keeping a sturdy front side and staying through the zone longer.

Players notice what we allow, what we address, and who we address it with. If the standard changes depending on who made the mistake, we’re teaching them exactly how much that standard means.

Club scrimmages at @Gorilla_SFB - Pitt State in front of important coaches yesterday! 🥎 Such a beautiful campus and top-notch softball facilities!
I left excited and grateful for the opportunity and the experience. I know I’ll land where God has always intended me to be, but for now I’m just enjoying the moments, playing the game I love, and trusting the process. ♥️🦍💛

6. People become what the room expects of them.
If the room lets a standard slide, it slides.
If the room corrects the small thing every single day, people stop believing small things are small.
My goal is to build an environment where success is inevitable.
