If you asked 100 business owners why they haven't gone on-chain yet, most wouldn't say 'too expensive' or 'too risky'. They'd say, 'I don't even know where to start.’ That sentence is the reason Bitsaints Global exists. Who is Bitsaints Global? Read if you're new here.🧵

Dubai Land Department began Phase II of its Real Estate Tokenisation Project. Phase II started on February 20, 2026. This phase allows for the regulated resale of tokenized title deeds. Two details make it worth studying:

The main lesson for any business is clear. Tokenization works best when the token matches the legal record. They should represent the same fact, not separate ones.

Bitsaints Global has a hub in Dubai. We specialize in smart contracts, architecture, and integration with current systems. Which regulated asset class do you expect to go next? #RWA #Dubai #Tokenization #BitsaintsGlobal

Tokenized doesn't mean liquid. From our constant interaction with the real world, this is the most expensive misunderstanding in RWA right now. We pulled out the difference with this year's examples. 🧵

Dubai is the live test. Since February 20, 2026, the Dubai Land Department has run a regulated resale of tokenized title deeds: roughly 7.8 million tokenized units, kept in sync with the official land registry.

So before you tokenize anything, decide who can buy, who can sell, under which rules, and how the token stays in sync with your system of record. That's architecture work, not marketing. It's what Bitsaints designs for enterprise clients. #RWA #Tokenization #Bitsaints"

📌 QUESTION OF THE DAY: If you didn't have to understand any of the tech, what's one business process you'd want to see on-chain? Serious and silly answers both welcome 👇

DTCC said its tokenization service launches in October. It already ran live on July 15: → JPMorgan posted tokenized assets to meet clearing margin requirements with CME Group → Citadel Securities and Société Générale pledged tokenized collateral

→ Société Générale converted Treasuries into tokenized positions That's collateral doing real work. The question for enterprises has changed. The infrastructure exists; you need someone to connect you to it.

Our CTO walked through how to verify any token contract in three simple steps: 1. Paste the contract address into a blockchain explorer. 2. Run it through a risk-scanning tool. 3. Scan it with your wallet's built-in security check. Works on ours. Works on everyone else's.
