Our justice system is wrong to excuse the ‘criminally insane’ from paying for their crimes. Moral culpability is not the only issue; the greater Q is, “will the person be an ongoing danger to the innocent public?”
Meds & psych-hospitals are temporary & therefore irrelevant.
