Spent a long time on this @pmarca profile for @BW, especially where he grew up in Wisconsin.
Marc Andreessen has a complicated relationship with his hometown, but I discovered another (touching) side of his childhood that has never been told:

This Bloomberg / Jason Schreier article is amazing. It clearly outlines GTA 6's development, debunks numerous waffle rumours (like the $1.5 - $3 billion dev costs rumour), and gives us a ton of insight into just how massive this game truly is.
It's also really cool to hear about how the studio responded to things such as the 2022 leaks, the drastically different approach to crunch time compared to RDR2, the delays and more.
Please check it out, if you're a fan of this game and have followed the rumour cycle for the past few years, I wholeheartedly think of this article as a must read. Phenomenal stuff from Schreier.

“I mean, I’m in a different role. I’m in a different job. It has different responsibilities,” Marco Rubio told me in an interview last week regarding the issues he championed as a senator versus the policies he's implementing as secretary of state.
“I am the secretary of state for the president of the United States, and my job is to advise him, but ultimately to execute on his policies.”
Bloomberg Businessweek just published its October cover story from myself and @nancook -- a profile of Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

Weird, this in-depth profile of Pangram doesn't focus at all on its founder's suspicious burping and food-microwaving habits. Instead there's just a bunch of stuff about how they built it, how it works, whether it works and why it matters bloomberg.com/news/features/…
