TOKEN2049 Singapore was all about what's working today.

🧵

6. As always, great conversations with @theaadedewe , @NirupRam , @zane_suren and Maks Baranov.
Met Ahan or Nirav in Singapore, or building in stablecoin infra, agent payments or tokenization? We’d like to keep the conversation going.

PayPal looks underrated to me. And that's exactly the case I made to @alpGasimov on @TheStreet .
In the AI era, everyone has a model. What’s scarce is somewhere to deploy it. @PayPal reaches 439 million accounts, and that reach is the hardest thing in payments to replicate.
Add PYUSD as rails for agent commerce, and AI, stablecoins, and real payment volume all meet inside a network that already has the users. At about 10x earnings with $6B in free cash flow, the market is pricing the accounts, not what can flow through them.
Distribution was always the moat, AI just made it the whole game.

The money came back with conditions. Auditable revenue, regulatory licenses and a credible path to sustainable economics now open the door. A token narrative alone no longer does.
