If you're mad about junior camineros HR celebration, get the stick out of your ass.
Baseball needs fun and joy. That was a big expression of it. Don't like it? Get him out. If you find it disgraceful, get over yourself and the old baseball hard ass BS. It's fun. Have fun.

UNBELIEVABLE. A Cubs fan friend from Ohio brought me some Old Style Beer in her suitcase. I never thought I’d get to do the CHICAGO HANDSHAKE in Japan. I can’t thank her enough. It’s so special that I don’t even know when to drink it. @oldstylebeer @JeppsonsMalort

Met coach Ditka when I was a young lad at his steakhouse when it first opened. Got an autograph and he was nothing but nice and funny. RIP da coach. Chicago legend.
Kinda hate anything that gives us less days at Wrigley
MLB has proposed returning to a 154-game Regular Season, best-of-seven Division Series, and opponent selection in the Wild Card and Division Series
Starting in 2029, shortening the season to a 154-game schedule would create a standard weekly off day benefiting player health, and it would allow the addition of up to 8 more Postseason games by moving to a best-of-seven Division Series format
Beginning in 2027, higher-seeded clubs in the Wild Card and Division Series would select their opponents
Any takers wanna answer this?

Shota Imanaga shows his love for Cubs fans: "For that (first) press conference, I remember writing down on a piece of paper what I was gonna say in English. I still have it. I still walk around with it ... even this year when I've had bad outings ... the next day when I'm going out into the bullpen, in the bleachers, everyone stood up and cheered for me. I have so much appreciation for the fans of Chicago." 🫶

Ian Happ was the Cubs' Alex Gordon. And that's a compliment. 🧵
1/ Top-10 picks. Came up as infielders. Became Gold Glove left fielders. Played every day, never flashy, never the face of the marketing campaign. Just there, every night, doing the work.
2/ Neither guy wins the batting average argument. Both win the OBP, power, and defense argument. Their average 162-game seasons:
Gordon: .257/.338/.410, 18 HR, 69 RBI, 80 R
Happ: .244/.341/.443, 25 HR, 78 RBI, 82 R
Happ's average season is actually the better bat.
3/ Gordon wins the glove (8 Gold Gloves) and the ring. Happ has Gold Gloves of his own, just no ring. That's the real gap.
4/ Not a Cooperstown guy. Neither was Gordon. But Gordon's in the Royals Hall of Fame, and Happ is going in the Cubs Hall of Fame. Book it.
5/ If he walks this winter, fine. Appreciate what he was.
A Cubs version of Alex Gordon is a hell of a career.
Omg where are the Sox fans coming at this Sox fan, like they do to me?
The hypocrisy!!! Hilarious.
