What if your yield wasn't tied to Crypto Market Cycles;
But to actual business economic activity happening in the real world?
What if you got paid yield, in Stablecoins instead of volatile tokens;

- Monthly or
- Quarterly

Welcome to 2026 🍾
Welcome to BizFi 💰
Just as we celebrate the new year, we also celebrate a new financial era.
A financial era that is borderless.
In the past, wealth was locked behind borders, in manual-static money that was also heavily gate kept.
Capital moved slowly, and only a few businesses had access to global opportunities.
Today, wealth is fluid because of the Blockchain; #web3 has made it easy for capital and profits to move beyond borders.
🗺️Nations are tokenizing their gold, continents are bringing minerals on-chain.
🌎Governments are turning land, energy, and resources into digital assets.
This is the age of Real World Assets (RWA).
But while the world focused on gold, land, and minerals, we asked the question:
What about businesses?
Because businesses are the real engine of every economy.
💱They generate revenue.
💸They create cash flow.
👩🏽🔧They employ people and build the future.
🤑They make profits.
Yet for decades, the system has
made it hard for real businesses to raise capital and even harder for global investors to participate.
So in 2026, we’re changing that with our;
➡️ BizMarket
🏦A real-world asset marketplace where businesses can tokenize their revenue, equity, or debt — and raise capital from a global Web3 economy.
🪙Where anyone, anywhere can own BizShares in real businesses
and earn stablecoin dividends backed by real economic activity.
If countries can raise capital by tokenizing gold…...then businesses should be able to do the same.
BizMarket is for:
• Founders
• Business Owners
• Investors
• Global Ownership
We're proud to announce that our BizMarket is live for Businesses everywhere to list!

Part 3 - Let's talk about Nigeria's economic indicators and reality.
Nigeria's stock exchange is at an all-time high.
The NGX has returned 60.76% year-to-date. JPMorgan just restored Nigeria's weight in their global bond index after 11 years. The Dangote Refinery IPO is one of the largest capital market events in Nigerian history.
And yet a bag of rice costs more than it did last year.
When the financial layer of an economy expands faster than the productive layer, the two begin to decouple. The stock market tells one story. The market where ordinary people buy food tells another. The people who participate in the economy through capital markets experience a different Nigeria from the one most Nigerians actually live inside.
This is what over-financialization looks like in practice. And Nigeria is living it in real time, even as the macro indicators flash green.
The solution is not to abandon financial markets. It is to build financial instruments that are structurally tethered to the productive economy that most Nigerians actually live inside.
And that's the gap we're filling with @BitsaveProtocol's BizMarket.
This argument and what it means for how we build RWA finance infrastructure is in my full Substack article.
Read it, and let me know your thoughts, I gave a brief overview of it in this video.
Most people in the crypto industry won't say this out loud, so we will.
A lot of crypto is the purest expression of financialization that has ever existed.
A memecoin has no underlying asset. A governance token's value is pure belief. The yield in most DeFi protocols comes from token emissions, financial instruments layered on top of other financial instruments until the underlying reality is completely invisible.
This is structurally the same problem Radhika Desai describes when she talks about neoliberal financialization. Capital expanding beyond its productive anchor.
@_karlagod did this video to show how Real World Assets are structurally different.
An RWA instrument can only pay yield if the underlying asset actually produces revenue. The financial layer is bounded by the productive layer beneath it. It cannot bubble beyond what the business, or the government, actually earns.
This is the argument we explore in this video and it's also the design principle behind what we're building with BizMarket.
The full article connects all of this: Desai's framework, 2008, crypto, RWAs, and Nigeria.

I was sitting in a forum session in Vladivostok when an economist named Radhika Desai said something that aligned with what I understood about how capital works.
📌(By the way this is not an entertaining video, I'm sharing my thoughts on Neo Liberalism like I'm having a conversation. So if topics like these aren't your cup of tea, you might find it a bit boring 🌝)
Neoliberalism gives capital freedom while neglecting the productive base of the economy. And when the financial layer expands far beyond the productive layer beneath it:
You get 2008.
I explored in this thought in the video (actually it was more like a ramble, the real exploration is in the article 🌝)
This video is the first part of a longer argument I've been building on.
About what this means for crypto, for RWAs, and for Nigeria's economy specifically.
I wrote the full version on Substack.
Read it before the next video it will make part 2 land much harder, and I'll be posting Part 2 on @BitsaveProtocol
By the way, thanks to @web3bmedia team for producing this video.
Most people set money aside with good intentions, yet the balance rarely survives the month.
A transfer lands in a regular account, then rent, data, family needs, and small daily purchases begin to pull from it.
By the time the next income arrives, what looked like savings has quietly returned to zero.
This pattern repeats because nothing separates the money from ordinary spending. There is no deadline attached to it and no clear reason that makes dipping into it feel costly.
Without those anchors, the funds stay liquid and available, which makes them easy to use for things that were never part of the original plan.
With our goal-based savings, funds are locked into specific goals with defined timelines.
Each savings target lives in its own non-custodial contract. If you withdraw early, you pay the penalty fee you set when creating the goal.
This cost makes it less likely for the money to be treated as spare cash while keeping the funds fully under your control.
When savings have both a purpose and a boundary, they stop behaving like spare cash and start behaving like progress.
The same income that once disappeared can instead accumulate toward something concrete, whether that is school fees, inventory for a business, or a longer-term reserve.
Start your next savings goal with us and give it the structure it needs to last.
It's the weekend already.
Take a second to set one clear savings goal onchain, even if it's a small one.
Discipline compounds.
Happy weekend, Savvies.

Have you ever set a savings goal, only to withdraw some of that money before reaching your target?
Maybe something came up. Maybe you wanted to buy something you could have waited for. Or perhaps you simply felt like you could replace the money later.
It happens.
But beyond the money you take out, there's something else at stake: the discipline you're trying to build.
Every time you break a savings rule you've set for yourself, you make it a little easier to do it again.
Before you know it, the goal you were excited about starts feeling impossible to achieve.
That's why saving isn't just about putting money aside. It's also about building the discipline to leave it there until the right time.
Savvies, your savings goals deserve commitment, not just good intentions.
And with the SaveFi feature of our ecosystem, you can set your savings plan, choose your duration, and define a penalty for breaking your rules.
Because sometimes, what you need isn't another reason to save. It's a system that helps you stay committed to the reason you started.
Ready to build better savings habits?
Set your savings goal, define your rules, and let SaveFi help you stay accountable.
Your future self will thank you for the discipline you build today.
RWA indeed shows the world how big a problem not having access is.
Have you ever thought it could be possible to own assets or invest in someone else’s business and earn from their revenue shares, regardless of your continent, country, or status?
🤖 Made with AI
RWA tokenization isn't here to compete with traditional asset managers.
It exists so anyone can participate in asset ownership, and earn from real-world business revenue shares, regardless of the size of your portfolio, who you are, or where you come from.
Have a great day, RWAers.

When mass adoption fully takes over onchain tokenization, you won't call it “onchain tokenization” anymore.
You’ll simply see it as part of your daily life.
Because there’s nothing better than being able to invest in real-world businesses and earn from their revenue shares while sitting at home.
There’s no greater access than being able to participate in opportunities that were once gatekept.
And as this becomes more common, investing in a real-world business and earning a share of its revenue will feel just as normal as any other financial activity.

Today marks 66 years since Nigeria gained her independence. 🇳🇬
As a product of Nigeria, we celebrate the day our country gained her freedom.
So, to every Nigerian, both onchain and offchain, whether you’re one of our Savvies, earning from real-world business revenue shares on our platform, or simply going about your everyday life, we wish you a Happy Independence Day.
May this day bring us peace, strength, and the freedom to keep building what comes next. 🇳🇬
Early this month, we attended a forum where Radhika Desai spoke on neoliberal economic policies.
She explained how financialization separates capital from production how markets start measuring paper claims instead of real value.
It showed also how crypto had the same problem.
Most tokens are created from thin air, no production, or revenue or customers.
But RWAs change that. When you tokenize business revenue, private credit, or Treasury Bills, you tie the onchain asset to something real. Something that produces.
@_karlagod wrote about this — and about Nigeria's economic paradox.
Our macro economy is booming. Stock market performing the best among Africa's best and ranking No.1 in July 2026, J.P. Morgan just added our bonds back after 11 years and Dangote's IPO is oversubscribed.
But the micro economy is bleeding. Food prices rising faster than incomes, fuel hikes and lack of disposable income at a constant rise.
The two economic ends are disconnected at the middle like they aren't talking to each other.
What we're building with BizShare RWAs can bridge them by directing capital to the productive economy that markets ignore, and at the same time making high yield Treasury Bills available to retail users in other economies through stable coins.

Access to investment opportunities globally has always been a challenge.
But with tokenization, real-world businesses can go onchain, giving more people access to invest and earn from their revenue shares.
With this, it’s safe to say onchain tokenization is changing the way people access investment opportunities.
You can read that again!
