PE teachers: what did today's class really look like? Flowband shows active time, steps and effort for every student, with no app for kids. Effort is everything.
Back-to-back games, measured: an NCAA D1 field hockey study found more time in the lowest heart rate zone as fatigue built across consecutive games. Plan recovery accordingly. Effort is everything.
What a player!

"It is literally 30 seconds." Setup that fast, and a sensor that never needs recharging. Coaches have enough to manage. Effort is everything.
Quick training tip: plan minutes moving, not just minutes on the field.
In a 90-minute session, long lines, long talks and drawn-out drinks breaks add up. Players can spend a lot of practice standing around.

What a player, congrats!

Overuse injuries leave a trail in the data.
4/ Log it daily and spikes show up before they turn into overuse injuries. Wearables add heart rate, speed, sprints and workload, among others, so you're not relying on feel alone.
