Keep it up, BC! Your preparation is paying off and helping reduce impacts on our incredible SAR volunteers—one adventure at a time.
While recent rescues in the Sea to Sky region are an important reminder to be prepared, BC SAR data shows a 🔸DECREASE in SAR🔸 call volume during 1st half of 2026 🆚 2025, including a 5% decrease in the Southwest Region—one of BC's busiest SAR regions.
