π SEAN HIGGINS REJECTS PLEA DEAL AGAIN β TRIAL IS SET!
Sean Higgins, charged in the deaths of NHL star Johnny Gaudreau and his brother Matthew Gaudreau, has once again rejected a plea deal. The case is now moving toward a jury trial.
Here's what's next:

December 1β11, 2026: Jury selection. The court is looking to seat 16 jurors β 12 jurors and 4 alternates.

January 5, 2027: Trial begins.
After more than two years since the Gaudreau brothers were tragically killed while cycling in New Jersey, the case is headed toward trial.

Severe child abuse, neglect, rape, sodomy, and incest of 7 minor children is alleged. They ranged from 1 to 17 years old.
Truly disgusting what continues to happen in this country behind closed doors.
