I am so, so thrilled about being able to write these words. It’s time to study necromancy. The gods will not enjoy this, but that doesn’t matter. Class is in session. Which is to say: my gothic, queer campus novel NECROGENESIS will be published by Del Rey in 2026!

If your attention span has suffered in the past few years and you’re struggling to finish a single novel, it wouldn’t hurt to read more poetry

My debut gothic fantasy novel has a release date: THE LAST NECROMANCER OF MARNE HALL hits shelves on 7/27/27 (She’s a Leo…) Fans of THE SECRET HISTORY meets THE HAUNTING OF HILL HOUSE may enjoy this story following the deaths of a group of (gay) necromancers in the 70’s 🥀✨

Rising from my coffin to share my thoughts on IWTV S3, The Vampire Lestat. TLDR: it falls apart because it abandons both the fans and heartfelt storytelling that made it great in the first place 🔗 lilithsmuse.substack.com/p/t…

My debut gothic fantasy novel has a new title: it is now THE LAST NECROMANCER OF MARNE HALL🫀🥀 The story is still the same haunting narrative surrounding the mysterious deaths of a group of (gay) necromancers in the 70’s, for fans of HAUNTING OF HILL HOUSE + THE SECRET HISTORY

Transparently, these things happen a lot in publishing! Because I do not have any control over when my book comes out, you may just have to send your complaints up to god, because the situation is quite certainly above me.

what are some optimistic fantasy novels that feature happy-ish endings without sacrificing depth? i’m getting a little burnt out on realism that’s actually just pessimism in disguise

Bonus points if they’re recently published! I just need a solid plot and good worldbuilding outside of character dynamics, please and thank you
