We're expanding our longstanding strategic partnership with BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. (Besi), as they join our EPIC Center as an Innovation Partner. The collaboration builds on our companies’ joint development program launched in 2020 and extends co-innovation beyond hybrid bonding into new interconnect architectures and applications supporting the semiconductor industry's AI-driven scaling roadmap.

We've announced that KIOXIA Corporation, a leading global supplier of flash memory and solid state drives (SSDs), will join our EPIC Center in Silicon Valley as an innovation partner to advance next-generation memory technologies. We will work together at the EPIC Center on advanced memory-cell and structure creation, multi-chip stacking architectures, and new materials engineering approaches designed to increase memory density and performance for the AI era.
