1078 Hours.
That’s how long it takes to produce 168 hand-drawn, high-resolution traits with laser-eyed precision.
New Mint !
Welcome to the crème de la crème of BAYC
@AKAMoneyX 🔥
[ Heads up — @opensea metadata refresh is still not optimal. ]
If you can see your Ape in the editor — it's correctly claimed
Burn the frontal Version too 🔥

Since 2022, we've been building @ApeFacingApes .
The goal from day one:
every BAYC gets its front-facing version.
Each piece is non-transferable and permanently bound to its original ape. You can't flip it.
It only exists because your ape exists.
I started this without owning a single Yuga asset. It was meant as respect for what BAYC built.
Honest status: 360 of 10,000. We talked to Yuga, it didn't work out. Two ApeCoin proposals, both rejected. Meanwhile, plenty of funded projects took the money and never delivered.
We kept going anyway.
But honestly, we're running out of steam.
AFA will keep existing. And maybe one day, all 10,000 front-facing apes will be seen.
Sadly, this space is toxic and can drain a lot of your energy.

Maybe burn a lot of @ApeFacingApes first. 👀🔥
Before you burn the original.
They are ape-bound. Forever.

BAYC #9418 is home !
A few minutes ago @0xQuit DMed me: "I bought your ape back. Couldn't let you be apeless."
Quit, you're a legend. Thank you.
Legend
@0xQuit
This Ape has and will ALWAYS be to me the prize of my entire collection and maybe the most loved thing I own bar none. It was my first big purchase years back and means S0 much to me. 🍊 has always been my fav color and the prison jump suit was a reminder of when I was locked up by the Feds years ago. Today I’m giving it as a gift to @0xquit for basically saving the space for all of us last night. I was lucky to not get drained but many of my friends did. His selflessness and generosity is what I inspire to be. When I get home from work will transfer my orange 🧡 to him. It’s definetly going to the absolute best of humans …. I know my ape will now be in the home where he belongs 🙏

from a different Point of view @TI2623
Forever bound to the original.
