Guy Ritchie and team craft an excellent second season perfectly building on the first delivering entertaining new characters and fun twists and turns. Great dialogue, stunning locations, violent sporadic action and a fantastic cast with Vinnie Jones delivering career best work!

THE CYCLE is such a clear contender for one of my favortie films of the year. Downey doles out his procedural mystery with precision before he starts cooking with full-blown creature feature practical effects in the last 40. It's my jam.
All that plus more of my shenanigans.

Ftw. Man what a film. Almost relentless in his fight scenes and pacing. Oddly placed supernatural story in the third act aside. Final 10 minute fight scene is worth the watch alone. Also small role for the legend Yuen Wah.
5/5
Rewatch complete of Tobe Hooper’s nightmare fuel horror classic. Completely unrelenting from beginning to end and gut wrenchingly brutal. The third act is still some of the most unnerving imagery captured on film. Gritty gory and unforgettable filmmaking by a master of his craft!

CRIPPLED AVENGERS is the gift that keeps on giving to kung fu movie fans! Fast paced acrobatic action featuring hand to hand and weapon work! Fantastic sets, great costumes and the most absurd sound effects sprinkled in. Classic Shaw Brothers goodness!

Rewatch complete of John Carpenter’s horror classic that launched a franchise and one of the most iconic slashers of all time. Curtis and Pleasence are both fantastic. Simple story is elevated by an iconic score and brilliant direction that creates an ever growing sense dread.

Once things kick off in Rapid Fire it’s clear that Brandon Lee thought about action differently than others in Hollywood at that time. He moved differently and infused HK style choreography and impact to his fights. Truly one of kind and would have been a legit movie star!
