One of the things I found the hardest to do is archive my content while creating an easy and accessible reference to find things. What is it? a stitch in Time saves lots of time. Take a listen to hear all the positive reasons why. podcasts.apple.com/ca/podcas…

He’s getting some good tips here. I don’t think it’s too far of a stretch to imagine him on the job.
Ernie Clement still has his playing days ahead of him, but could MLB's #WorldSeries correspondent have a media career in his future? "It's really, really hard... you have to come up with stuff on the spot." 🤣 @BlueJays | MLB Network + @CoronaUSA

I always love the fact that he did almost all of his driving stunts himself, which made it feel more real and that the character had a driving gift. It was so much fun. Added so much depth to he character and personality of the show.
Here's Why James Garner Wouldn't Use '79 Firebirds On 'The Rockford Files' Back in the ‘70s, actor James Garner starred as L.A.’s slickest P.I. in the hit series “The Rockford Files.” And for gearheads, one of the most memorable parts of the show was Jim Rockford’s iconic gold Pontiac Firebird. However, there was one model year James completely avoided.

And they always had quite a following here in London Ontario.
Do you remember...Helix Formed in 1974 in Kitchener, they had two gold and two platinum albums between 1983 and 1987. They also had three Top 40 hits. They continue to tour and just released their 16th studio album, Scrap Metal in 2026.

This year we get the chance to watch a fantastic baseball team make its way to the World Series, Milwaukee took last year‘s experience and built from there. Its growth shows and they are a small market team with a small payroll! Love the performances of all the remaining teams.

His connection with the blind community was unmatched. He was a real friend as many of us were lucky enough to experience. I remember being welcomed into his home to do a TV piece and was able to spend some time with him. First class gentlemen filled with stories and warmth.
On this day in 1938, Walter Gretzky was born in Canning (now Blandford-Blenheim), Ontario. In his life, he helped out with many charities including the CNIB Foundation. He received the Order of Canada, and three honorary degrees. A school is also named for him. 📸 Mike Cassese

One of the most endearing things I heard about the province in my youngest years. Made me wanna move there.
Having spent the majority of my life living in Alberta, I have never seen a Norway rat in person. There is a reason for that. It is the Alberta Rat Patrol, a program that has existed since the 1950s. While there are slip-ups, Alberta is considered Norway rat-free.

.@realmikefox is one of the best people I know. He has always been this way, since the day I met him. Clever, funny, sarcastic, loyal, wicked smart, tireless, and fun. He doesn’t want pity. If you take anything from seeing him inside this body-that-has-other-ideas, remember what he once told me. “I got dealt a pretty good card hand. This was just in there.” He’s the same guy he ever was. Love you forever, my brother Mike.

Friday was my 25th anniversary with Accessible Media Inc. Five different positions according to my count, but I think that’s right. I am fortunate. Anyone who’s worked in media understands what I mean. Lucky to have lived out many of my childhood broadcast aspirations.

And Polly D, it has to be vanilla ice cream. Not French vanilla straight vanilla.

Ice cream waffle sandwich. It was invented in 1940 and first premiered at the Canadian National Exhibition (affectionally known as The Ex) in Toronto. It's a slab of vanilla ice cream with a freshly made waffles (still warm). The combination is exquisite.
