With the team @Genzio at @token2049 Singapore talking about the solution for the security madness we call wallets! @PureWalletPlus!!! Thank you to @DavidThaDegen for taking the time to expound on this critical topic! – at Taiwan
What if you could send crypto without an internet connection?
@LarryPureLabs of @PureWalletPlus joined @DavidThaDegen at @token2049 to discuss how Pure Wallet is making digital assets more accessible through offline transactions, cold storage, and simplified wallet security.

If AI makes us dramatically more productive but somehow we end up working even more, we missed the point.
We're human.
Some days you don't have every answer.
I'd rather use AI to create more space for people, not just squeeze more output out of them.
One of my favorite things about AI is still the simplest one.
Kill the busywork.
Reports, summaries, repetitive analysis, all the stuff that eats hours without actually moving the business forward.
Give people more time to think and build.

The AI race isn't only about who has the best model anymore.
It's also about who can finance the compute, chips and infrastructure needed to keep scaling.
When the checks start reaching tens of billions, the capital structure becomes part of the AI story too.
When people close to AI research start talking like the timelines are compressing, I pay attention.
The interesting part isn't the phrase "bunker mode."
It's how quickly expectations around what these models can do keep changing.
A lot of plans may need to move faster than people think.
OpenAI's revenue story got messy fast.
One set of numbers points to a huge gap. Another points to a much bigger annualized run rate.
This is why I keep saying the AI narrative can move faster than the accounting.
Watch the numbers, not just the headlines.
The security problem people aren’t paying enough attention to is speed.
AI can probe, react, and move faster than a human security team.
So the answer probably isn’t “hire more people to stare at dashboards.”
Defense has to get faster too.
A lot of AI security is going to become automated whether companies are ready or not.
If offense is using AI, defense probably has to use the same class of technology.
You can’t defend a network at machine speed with a human clicking through alerts one by one.
That gap only gets worse as agents get faster.
Cybersecurity is about to get a lot more automated.

We're live: is $50B the real number?🤔
The AI trade runs on one number. That number just turned out to be $20B lower than reported. Chips dumped. Bitcoin slid to $80K. Live now: who got paid, who's holding the debt, and where your stablecoin yield really comes from. xitter.cf/i/broadcasts/1jxXgBqev…

The moment an AI agent starts touching real health data, this stops being a fun lab experiment.
That’s the line.
AI agents are useful because they can act.
The exact same thing that makes them useful is what makes bad permissions dangerous.
Autonomy + access changes the risk pretty fast.
The AI story changed.
It’s not just “what can the model do?” anymore.
Now it’s:
What is it allowed to touch?
Every tool, account, file, API, and payment method you connect gives the agent more leverage.
Capability matters.
Permissions matter just as much.
Once an AI agent has your identity, passwords, and access, it's basically a digital employee.
Which means the question changes pretty quickly:
Would you give an employee unlimited permissions and just hope nothing weird happens?
Probably not.
AI agents need boundaries too.
AI can sound smart.
That doesn't mean it knows why it's right.
I had a good conversation with Angelo Dalli about transformers, hallucinations, and why explainability starts to matter a lot more when AI is making high-impact decisions.
The part I keep coming back to is simple:
If the system can't explain the reasoning, I probably don't want it making decisions that can hurt people or cost a lot of money.

Everyone keeps waiting for the moment AI starts improving AI.
Meanwhile, it’s already happening.
Maybe not the sci-fi version of recursive self-improvement people imagine, but AI is taking a much larger role in AI research and development.
The future usually shows up looking boring before everyone realizes what happened.
No, Claude isn’t Skynet.
Yet 😂
The bigger issue is that regulation almost always shows up after the technology.
AI is moving faster than governments are used to moving, and pretending we can regulate something once and be done with it probably isn’t going to work.
Going live in 10 minutes!
We're talking AI agents, money, power, and the big question, who actually gets paid?
