Curious on the state of Augusta’s Startup Community? 11 years in, and we’re accelerating like you’ve never seen before. Check back on our 20th anniversary and you won’t recognize the place.
So here’s my pitch, if you want to get shit done, join @_clubhouse and be part of the magic show, not just a spectator in the audience.

Where does economic growth come from?
1. New businesses are the disproportionate source of innovation
2. Startups are responsible for virtually all net new job creation
3. Entrepreneurship in America has been in decline for 4 decades

Why is #entrepreneurship so important? Before I started my own business I hopped from job to job, never staying in one place for 2 years. Always feeling overlooked and unappreciated by my employers. My first company was doing what I know, Architecture. When Lehman Brothers collapsed, it allowed me to figure out what I love.
Now, 11 years in and and 500 founders later, it still both warms my heart, and excites me to help #founders in #AugustaGA launch their business @_clubhouse, and I’m beyond excited for the work we’re doing at @MakeStartups to scale these impacts globally.
