📣 Communication & roadmap
Fair criticism, and we hear it. From today, this Q&A runs every week (possibly on Thursdays), answered in public.
What we're building: the Soroban protocol upgrade (smart contracts on XDB CHAIN), a SEP-40 price oracle, and better developer docs. These are plans shared in good faith; we'll report progress here as it ships.
🔥 Burns: status
The latest event is Burn Event #7: 12,204,647.53 XDB burned on 4 Jan 2026, verifiable on-chain.
Burns are funded by allocations from Branded Coins minted and active on XDB CHAIN. There is currently no activity to fund new events, liquidity of branded coins does not allow this at the moment.
If that changes, it will be announced with timely fashion.
