This is a wonderful gesture to help Gornal Athletic create an even safer environment for their players, coaches, volunteers and the wider community. 🙌

🫀 Restart a Heart Day is an annual global initiative held every 16 October to raise awareness of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests and teach people how to perform CPR and use a defibrillator.
This week, we visited St Stephen’s C of E Primary School to deliver a CPR workshop to our Health Champions, giving pupils the opportunity to learn essential lifesaving skills from an early age. 🤝
