Twenty years ago we invaded Iraq. The war killed many innocent Iraqis and Americans. It destroyed the oldest Christian populations in the world. It cost over $1 trillion, and turned Iraq into a satellite of Iran. It was an unforced disaster, and I pray that we learn its lessons.

Stephen needs to read the Constitution. Both the 5th and 14th amendments provide due process to persons, not just citizens. The way we prove whether someone even is an illegal immigrant is through a process.

The right of “due process” is to protect citizens from their government, not to protect foreign trespassers from removal. Due process guarantees the rights of a criminal defendant facing prosecution, not an illegal alien facing deportation.
