BIG WIN: @CivilRights secured a settlement requiring UNC Chapel Hill to root out antisemitism & racial discrimination, without a lawsuit.
The agreement, reached with both DOJ & ED-OCR, resolves our civil rights investigations & puts UNC on the hook to follow federal law that bans discrimination based on race.

.@VP’s Fraud Task Force and @EDSecMcMahon are changing the game on fraudsters and WINNING for American taxpayers.
I am proud to sign @VP's pledge and join @POTUS and @WHFraudTF in the fight against fraud, waste, and abuse.
At @usedgov we have prevented more than $2 billion in student aid fraud and implemented real-time verification measures to protect taxpayer dollars.
Every dollar lost to fraud is a dollar taken away from a student trying to build a better future.
Parents are the key decision-makers in their children’s lives.
