An “identity layer for AI agents” usually implies an entity that’s collecting data.
It’s not the case with @Concordium. Let me explain:
The owner completes a one-time passport and liveness check in the Concordium wallet.
Then, two signatures link the agent’s existing wallet with no funds being moved and no documents touching the chain. And through 8004scan, that verification can show up alongside ERC-8004 agents on @ethereum.
Now we’re seeing a practical example of that with @XDCNetwork choosing Concordium as the exclusive identity verification provider for its AI marketplace.
If you’re already using agents on XDC AI, your agent can check that a verified person or business is behind the seller’s wallet before sending money, without seeing their personal details (with network fees for these registrations paid in concordium:native).
