in 2006, my grandma was sadly diagnosed with dementia and she’s been bravely battling with it ever since. i wrote this song for my mum, as an ode to hers.🔹

hi @tradeinnsl I returned my order (27010303) using your label on 5th Feb and have still not received my refund. I’ve sent multiple messages and not received a satisfactory response. Please advise as a matter of urgency. This isn’t good enough.

Give your head a wobble if you're criticising Bukayo Saka at all.
19-years-old and he had the balls to take the decisive penalty in probably the biggest game of his career.

Sadly we’ve had to cancel my headline show at The Waiting Room on Tuesday 18th September due to the current covid situation. To the lovely people who bought a ticket; refunds will be available from point of purchase. Hopefully one day soon we’ll be able to put on a show again x W

Winnie Raeder's self-produced new track “A Quiet Way” is a gloriously ethereal song that uses the lightest of touches to pull at our deepest feelings bestf.it/2AhuxFm

I hope you are staying safe and sane during these trying times. It feels like a strange time to do self-promotion, but I am personally grateful that people keep releasing their art for the rest of us to listen to. So, ‘A Quiet Way’ will be out next week if you’d like to hear♥️
hi @British_Airways, my recent flight was cancelled & when eventually (after 10 days) I was able to get through to your helpful bookings team, I was informed I am no longer eligible for the refund I’d been promised at point of cancellation as I’d already requested a voucher.
I only applied for a voucher as a contingency through not being able to contact your support team for 10 consecutive days. It’s also at no point made clear that application for a voucher will inhibit eligibility for a refund.
