HALOween 4v4 — TOURNAMENT UPDATE Current Prize Pool: $600 CAD Registrations: 17/64 Player Breakdown: 48 Main Players 16 Substitutes If all 64 players show up, substitutes will be formed into additional teams. OCTOBER 28TH — FINAL DECISION We constantly hear complaints about there being nothing to compete in, not enough tournaments, and not enough opportunities for the Halo community. Yet, when tournaments are organized and opportunities are provided, where is that same energy? Tournament organizers are putting their own time, effort, and money into keeping the competitive scene active. But these events cannot happen without community participation. If registrations aren’t close to the minimum player requirement by October 28th, the 4v4 will not move forward as planned. Instead, HALOween will be restructured into a new-style Draft 2v2 tournament. I’d love to see the 4v4 happen, but hosting an event of this size requires enough players to make it worthwhile. If you want more opportunities to compete, support the tournaments being organized for you. Sign up. Share the event. Get your humans involved. Stop waiting until the last minute. We’re sitting at 17 out of 64 registrations. The $600 prize pool is there. The tournament is organized. The opportunity is available. Now it’s up to the community to show up.
