He pretended he had nothing to do with this after literally threatening it. This is why he was promising to give kids money. He knew this story was coming out

The billionaire class are desperately trying to convince you the protests in France are because of "the muslims." They're terrified you'll realise they're actually about the billionaires.

Strong agree.
I'm definitely not anti-achievement and never criticized real achievements, including by Elon. I even own two Teslas. I do expose marketing stunts that, while cool on the surface, are not the achievements they are claimed to be. Compressed air thrusters might give you acceleration boosts in any direction. They might even make your car hover for a couple of seconds if you accept replacing the passenger seat by a 400 liter high-pressure air tank. But they are not a path to actual flying cars. The same way Burt Rutan's SpaceshipOne was never going to be a path to orbital flights (just bunny hops out of the atmosphere). I am anti-Musk when it comes to politics. His political actions, the massive dissemination of disinformation through X and other channels, and his support for authoritarian regimes and racist ideas have the effect of weakening democracy and weakening human decency and social progress around the world.

LOUD & CLEAR! 💯⤵️
We’re CORRECTING THE BOYS & clearing the air on a topic that started on 9/16, when someone asked if @JennyQTa7 parties as hard as Lucy Guo. Then Lucy got hit with unnecessary girl-on-girl hate. Let’s wrap this whole thing up today. ⬇️ READ THIS ⬇️

FUN FACT: When Jenny was about 25, younger than Lucy is now at 32, she threw a neighborhood block party after buying the largest model home of that newly constructed custom built homes. Let's just say, Lucy is living that out now, we should simply let her cook.

But Jenny did say it was just a neighborhood block party where everyone already knew each other. HUGE difference between that and inviting people from all over town into your neighborhood.

Jenny would definitely disagree with this. She believes enterprises will NOT hand over control to third-party AI agents like Muse. They'll keep transactions within their own agents and allow outside agents only limited, permissioned access ON THEIR TERMS. xitter.cf/gregisenberg/status/21…
Delta, Chase and Amazon are blocking AI agents. The war on agents has begun, and here’s how it probably plays out: Stage 1: Companies block agents because agents skip the ads and upsells. Stage 2: Agents learn to act like humans, and it becomes an arms race. Stage 3: The market splits. Companies that make money on sales let agents in, companies that make money on data charge for access, and the giants build their own agents. Stage 4: A trusted middle layer for agent identity and payments becomes the standard way in. Stage 5: Companies that welcome agents start winning customers from the ones that block them. Stage 6: The agent blockers come back and let agents in on their own terms. Stage 7: Everyone starts competing for agents with better prices, faster checkout and SEO built for agents. Stage 8: The ads come back, and companies pay to be your agent’s first recommendation. Stage 9: The agent war ends, and selling to agents becomes as normal as having a website.

Jenny wrote a paper about this. META could be held responsible, but Schwab would likely have to sue META AFTER the fact. That's why Schwab and other financial firms are wise to simply block ALL AI agents upfront to protect their clients' assets. xitter.cf/Paul__Walsh/status/211…
Meta’s Muse is blocked at Schwab. Its CEO asks who’s liable if an agent moves money. When an AI agent makes a mistake, causes financial harm, exposes private information or breaks the law, who's responsible? The answer isn't complicated. AI agents aren't legal persons. They're software created, configured, authorised and deployed by people and companies. US law has recognised autonomous software since 2000. The federal E-SIGN Act explicitly defines an "electronic agent" as software capable of acting without human approval at the time of each action. The law recognises transactions conducted through automated systems. If a company gives an AI agent access to confidential information, financial accounts or computer systems, that company remains responsible for the decisions it made about access, permissions, security controls and supervision. Whether it must compensate someone depends on the applicable law, contracts and circumstances. If an agent transfers money without authorisation, accesses confidential records or attacks another company's infrastructure, investigators should examine who configured it, what instructions it received, what permissions it had, who authorised those permissions and what its activity logs show. Schwab can't blame an agent for acting independently, any more than they can blame an Excel macro. The difference between an AI agent making a mistake and a company being legally liable for that mistake is important. But neither changes who's responsible for deploying the software.
