College lacrosse player Maverick Lyon was held hostage at knifepoint by his brother during a drug relapse.
Their father called 911 and gave police clear descriptions of both sons.
But when Maverick broke free and ran out, officers just opened fire, shooting him 5 times.
He spent a month in the hospital, losing part of his lung, his appendix, and his spleen and is now filing a lawsuit against the police department.
