Early stage European VC is dead.
Slow exits (and few IPOs) mean less returns for LPs. Funds cannot raise and dry powder runs low. Or so people say.
Yes, fundraising is tough. But AI makes especially small teams hyper productive, a 5 person team ships what used to take 50.
And the investors are showing up!
Thank you Signature Ventures, Greenfield, Heartfelt, Caesar VC , Speedinvest, Purple Ventures, CVVC, Blockwall for supporting and meeting our founders at demo dinner last week.
LFG 🚀

8 teams. 8 VCs. One table. 🍷
Last night, we hosted our first Demo Dinner. We brought together some of our most promising builders with investors, for an evening of conversations that go beyond the pitch deck.
Fundraising is as much about relationships as it is about the pitch. And getting in front of the right people isn't always easy.
That's exactly the kind of gap we want to close.
Big shoutout to @YieldCircle @overdotcomputer @R0boPay @benchdotmarkets @Kobo_now @FrostOptions @craftsdev and @OOBEonSol for stepping up and showing what they've been building.

Case study: how @solrouterai keeps its backend outside the plaintext path and opens encrypted prompts inside an attested Intel TDX enclave on Phala.
