Let me know how we did! Wondering whether Guinness during interviews is a good idea?!?
Thanks guys! Enjoyed it! @melinnky @stusandler
Over Guinness beer on Oct. 15 inside Kelly's Irish Pub in Downtown Lansing, MIRS editor and publisher Kyle Melinn speaks with Republican consultants John Yob and Stu Sandler. They discuss shifts in party bases and what has made 2026 unlike others.

Yup. Dems wasting energy and money again Bergman and Hall when they should be focused elsewhere.
this wasn't the Guiness talking. @JackBergman_MI1 wins on Election Day . @detroitnews @DNBethLeBlanc @KyleMelinn @strategic @JackBergman_MI1
James did very well in the 2nd debate. Republicans are doing slightly better now than three weeks ago across the board. But its going to take far more than 1mil to save the ticket when Benson is spending 20mil. Better than nothing of course but the number needs to be 10+ at this point.

President Trump, @JDVance, and Republicans are fighting to protect your hard earned money.
@MattHallMI: “The mission is simple: find the people stealing from government programs, cut them off, and protect these programs for the people who actually need them.”
NO MORE FRAUD!

Yeah, this seems done. House Dems have removed another $190K in the last 24 hours, @AdImpact_Pol says. Still about $300K reserved, but ... yeah.

Small update here. When House Dems pared their original buy of $733K to $498K a week ago, they dropped all buys for the week of 10/14 - 10/20. So, no ads for now. Perhaps a week from today. Methinks not, however. This "buy" has all the hallmarks of politricks.
Decision time for Michigan House Democrats. They have about $500,000 in ads reserved scheduled to start today in the district of House Speaker Matt Hall, R-Richland Township. There's no sign of the ad yet. We'll see if it appears or if they scale back/drop the reservation.

On ticket splitting in Michigan, I was reminded by a source of the state's 2006 results today:
Governor: Dem won by 14 points
Secretary of State: Republican won by 14
Attorney General: Republican won by 10
U.S. Senate: Dem won by 16 mvic.sos.state.mi.us/votehis…

"Benson is unproven," Republican Michigan House Speaker Matt Hall contended. "I don't think the voters want to give unchecked power to Benson to go back and do a lot of the Democratic wish list."
With polling and campaign spending in her favor, Democratic candidate for governor Jocelyn Benson says she wants to help win Democratic majorities in the Michigan Legislature this fall. detroitnews.com/story/news/p…
Every poll I have released within a month of the election has been accurate. Prove me wrong….

1) Did WOOD-TV record the commercial break exchange between El-Sayed and Rogers?
2) Is WOOD-TV going to eventually release it?

Dear @Delta,
I love your airline. I’m a retired DAL pilot and my wife is a former DAL FA. We’re also SkyMiles aficionados.
Please fix the WiFi thing. Delta Sync is bad. Starlink is great. Get over the Elon stuff. It’s very difficult to do business when flying on our jets. It’s too unreliable.
Please change it.
Signed,
Buzz & Nichole Patterson
The President is right. But it’s not too late…..yet. Super wealthy donors, RGA, and outside groups can still fix it but unfortunately the clock is ticking.
John James is a good candidate. This is not a post of regret of Perry losing the primary. It is a post to encourage outside groups and super wealthy individuals who care about Michigan’s future to invest in the top of GOP ticket before its too late.
Mike Rogers, three congressman, Attorney General, Secretary of State, and potentially the state legislature depend on it.

Out-of-town pool report #16 - Remarks end
POTUS finished his remarks at 9:15 p.m. CDT.
His closing message was: "You've got to get out and vote."
"We are worried about Michigan, we are worried about Texas. We are worried about a few states," he said. "It's all about 35 different contests."
Trump said he came to Oklahoma tonight to thank them for "being so loyal to me."
Pool was ushered out of the auditorium shortly after. Heading back to vans.

Plot twist: Your next flight might have better Wi-Fi than your home. @Starlink, Wi-Fi coming in 2027. 🛜✈️

The childish refusal of @Delta to install @Starlink internet over hatred of @elonmusk will go down as one of the greatest and most consequential unforced errors in business history.
Having functional internet on board is as essential as having a toilet on the plane. Delta’s CEO will lose billions in revenue from the lucrative business and premium customers who flock to @united which will complete its Starlink installation on time.
Business students will study this for a long time to come.
