How it all started
So, a lot of you know me for advocating for safe EV charging, and always following best practices when installing your home EV charging equipment.
But for transparency and full disclosure, I should admit that even I didn't always get it right.
I was reminded by Facebook today that 17 years ago this week, I failed the inspection of my first home EVSE installation because, and get this - it wasn't safety certified! 🤣

I hit a nice milestone today, 150,000 subs on @stateofcharge. Interestingly, it happened just after posting my 500th video.
Nice round numbers are really satisfying for my OCD!
