This is how to perform CPR if someone needs it around you.
Share this video. You might save a life doing so. And tag a friend who needs to learn this.
1. Make sure the person is safe
2. Call for help
3. Check for breathing
4. Place the heel of your hand in between the chest
5. Compress chest 30 times
6. Raise jaw and breathe into mouth
7. Repeat this process until you get the required help

Introducing Lovdup.co ( Find love without stress)
One of our friends wanted to find love but hated dating apps, the endless swiping, having his profile on display and paying plenty just to meet someone. So naturally, he made it our problem. 🥴 🤣
So @the_Lawrenz and I built Lovdup for him.
Started as a joke, but over 1,000 people across 🇬🇧 🇺🇸 🇳🇬 🇬🇭 🇨🇦 and beyond have matched since yesterday.
here’s how it works 🧵

Unfortunately the most affordable laptop we have is N350k.
We do not sell laptops below 8th Gen and from 2027, we will no longer sell laptops below 10th Gen.
We won't sell below the iPhone 14 series from next year.
We won't also sell below the S22 series as well.

If you are remarrying with kids from previous relationship, if you already own properties, clear communication , agreement and legality must happen.
Its common sense, love does not erase that. Ta ba nsunkun kama riran

David told my aunt he wasn't comfortable selling his condo and putting $80,000 into her house without a written agreement.
She was hurt.
"After four years together, you still don't trust me?"
He replied,
"I trust you. But neither of us knows what happens ten years from now."
He reminded her that his first marriage had ended after 19 years.
Nobody enters a marriage expecting it to fail.
My aunt understood that.
But she also remembered how difficult it had been keeping her house after her divorce.
She'd worked overtime.
Cut expenses.
Missed vacations.
There were months when she'd barely managed the mortgage.
Now her daughter was frightened that everything she'd watched her mother fight to keep could eventually belong to someone else.
For almost two weeks, the couple barely spoke about the wedding.
Then my aunt called Emily.
She apologized for what she'd said at dinner.
Emily cried.
"Mom, I don't care if you spend your money enjoying your life. I just don't want you to lose the house because you didn't understand what you were signing."
That conversation changed things.
My aunt and David returned to the attorney.
This time, they discussed everything.
The house.
The condo.
Their retirement savings.
Their children.
What would happen if either died or if the marriage ended.
They decided not to add David to the house deed.
Instead, the attorney helped them arrange a written, secured repayment agreement for his renovation contribution, along with updated estate plans and a marital agreement.
If the house were sold, the outstanding amount owed to David would have to be addressed.
If he died, his estate would retain that claim for his beneficiaries.
My aunt's children could still inherit her interest in the house, subject to its debts and the agreed protections.
It wasn't as romantic as choosing wedding flowers.
But both finally understood what they were agreeing to.
They married three months later.
Emily attended.
So did David's sons.
The renovation went ahead, although they scaled back some of the expensive additions.
Last weekend, my aunt told me something.
She said she'd spent years believing that talking about money before marriage made a relationship feel less romantic.
Now she thinks avoiding those conversations almost cost her the relationship.
David still lives with her.
They still argue about little things.
Groceries.
The thermostat.
Whose turn it is to clean the kitchen.
But they no longer pretend that love automatically settles questions about property and money.
And I keep thinking about something Emily said during that first dinner.
She wasn't asking her mother to choose her children over her future husband.
She was asking what would happen to everyone if something went wrong.
I'm genuinely curious.
If you're remarrying later in life, should your new spouse have an ownership stake in the home you spent decades paying for?
Or should property acquired before marriage remain separate, especially when both partners have children from previous relationships?
I paid as much as £60 for all back
My hairstylist here charges me £80–£100 for braids and £40 for all-back. That was why I used to get my hair done once a year.
Recently, a new lady who just relocated here to study started making braids for £40-50 and all-back for £15. Omo, that was how almost 10 people around me and I started patronising her.
Guess what? In the 2 months since I met her, I’ve made my hair TWICE
My former hairstylist saw me in the city centre yesterday and pretended not to see me because I patronised someone else.
Na she sabi oh
Even if this new girl raises her prices tomorrow, I won’t stop patronising her because she’s good and I’ve benefited from her previously affordable prices. ❤️
