Charles Barkley remains a unicorn for a number of reasons, but maybe his greatest skill as a TV personality is the fact that he prefers being the butt of jokes. He likes when people laugh AT him. And that's so rare in today's society where everybody wants to present as an expert.

There is no limit to the amount of golf balls I'd lose playing this course in India.

Nasty weather in Richmond and PGA Tour cards on the line ... one of the most stressful days of professional golf all year long. Noon ET on Golf Channel.

It rained a bit at the KFT event today so @BrentleyGC pulled out his umbrella ... only it was one of those purse-sized ones. So we had a lot of fun with it. If you would, please photoshop random umbrellas of appropriate sizes in his hand, thanks.

This whole Keegan-rules official story is pretty wild, but it just highlights a bigger issue with American team golf. They simply don't know what makes a good captain. Over the last 9 Ryder Cups, we've had ONE amazing captain (Zinger), four horrible captaincy jobs and four that were acceptable. That is NOT a good percentage! It feels like one of those NFL teams that just can't get the coach right. And when you can't get the coach right, your team will never play to the level they're capable of playing to.

I think the American Ryder Cup team and the European Ryder Cup team in every aspect is different. The ex-player captain just doesn't seem to be the best fit for the Americans. I think you have to at least try bringing in someone from outside of golf to try it out. What's the worst that happens?

We had Anthony Kim earlier this season getting a comeback win. Then it was Gary Woodland with that emotional victory in Houston. Now we get Tom Kim winning to avoid military service. Just an incredible trio of victories this season in pro golf. xitter.cf/josh_mills_/status/210…

It remains heartbreaking to watch this happen year after year to the Internationals. It's been cool to see them gel from 12 disconnected players to a united culture over the last decade. But if they couldn't do it today, when is it ever going to happen
