A suspicious envelope was delivered to my Milwaukee office today at 2:38 p.m. CT.
The return address matched the description of letters sent to other congressional and state offices across the nation.
My staff immediately isolated the envelope, cleared all staff members, and called 911 and the Sergeant at Arms.
The first responders confiscated the letter, and thankfully, everyone is safe. Our office operations have now resumed as normal.
I'm grateful to local law enforcement and first responders for their quick response.

I applaud @SecKennedy’s initiative. The vaccine and injection injured have suffered and been ignored far too long.
This week, I joined @NIHDirector_Jay, @DrOzCMS, and @DrSchwartzCDC at NIH to open a historic clinic dedicated to studying and caring for patients experiencing health problems following vaccination.
We must listen to patients and families who report vaccine injuries—not dismiss or gaslight them. President Trump and I are building a health system that takes them seriously, follows the evidence, and uses what we learn to make vaccines safer.
This is how we earn back trust in our public health institutions.
The callous and cruel treatment of the unvaccinated should not be forgotten.
It started at the top, with President Biden calling it “the pandemic of the unvaccinated.”
Americans were ostracized simply for choosing not to get an experimental shot.
It was a shameful assault on personal freedom.
Democrats/radical leftists have no desire to lower costs and improve the lives of everyday Americans.
They only desire power.
Their policies destroy nations.
Look no further than what is happening in France and other European countries controlled by the left.
Last week’s roundtable offered only a glimpse of the reality across America during the pandemic.
We cannot move on until there is a COVID reckoning.
Accountability starts with exposing the truth.
The mRNA COVID-19 injection is not a vaccine; it is gene therapy injection.
Pfizer and regulators knew that it would bio-distribute all over the body, instructing cells to produce the toxic spike protein and causing inflammation.

On Monday, we heard 21 of the 583 testimonies we received from 46 states.
Families were separated from dying loved ones.
Patients were denied treatment options and given remdesivir and ventilated – often without consent.
Families were callously told their loved ones would die simply because they were unvaccinated.
All of these stories deserve to be heard.
