Purely E is HIGHLY POTENT for internal & topical use. This unprocessed RAW food complex vitamin E is potent and safe to absorb into every cell of your body.
Synthetic lab-made isolates? No way!
Remember, it's from food, it's not real nutrition!

Vitamin E, I recommend a mix tocopherols, is a potent estrogen antagonist, progesterone promoter, anti inflammatory, support healthy uterine tissue and protects against nnEMF.
In this study, my personal success and my clients testimonials, confirms that a focus on vitamin E can significantly reduce most PMS symptoms.

Vitamin E extends lifespan.
Average of 40% in male and 14% in female animals, vitamin E:
⬩Antioxidant
⬩Anti-inflammatory
⬩Anti-estrogen
⬩Neuroprotective
⬩Liver protective
⬩Cognitive enhancing, dopaminergic
Protects against the toxicity of excess PUFA (seed oils)

Vitamin E reverses inflammatory bowel disease.
Megadose enemas containing 8,000 IU of vitamin E cut disease activity by ~75%.
It is a powerful anti-inflammatory / antioxidant - processes that drive the damage and symptoms of gut issues.
94% of people with IBS are vitamin E deficient.
Seed oils will tear your gut apart.
A 6 month human study showed that replacing white rice and flour with soybean oil:
⬩Increases systemic inflammation
⬩Decreases short-chain fatty acids in the gut, which are essential for gut health and metabolism
⬩Increases production of bacterial endotoxins
A diet high in soybean oil (similar to the typical American diet) given to animals parallels the pathology of human inflammatory bowel disease.
➤ Raises oxylipin levels
➤ Increases pathogenic E. Coli bacteria
➤ Decreases resident flora
Omega-6 fats, like linoleic acid found in seed oils, are the primary precursors to inflammatory compounds, and these are ubiquitous in conditions like IBS and IBD.
One study estimated 30% of IBD cases to elevated linoleic acid intake,
& that high linoleic acid intake doubles the risk of ulcerative colitis.
These fats are also chemically unstable, producing toxins that can further trigger inflammation through the nervous system.
People with IBS or other gut issues often have elevated omega-6 metabolites, which have been shown to directly cause gut pain and sensitivity.
You know the intense burning from a spicy pepper? That sensation is mediated by TRPV1 receptors in the gut.
What else turns on the TRPV1 receptors? Omega-6 metabolites.
People with gut issues have more TRPV1 receptors and more of these activators, causing heightened sensitivity and pain.
There's a direct relationship between omega-6 metabolite levels and digestive discomfort.
Those with IBS have increased secretion of:
➤ Prostaglandins - an omega-6 inflammatory metabolite
➤ COX2 - an enzyme producing them
These trigger gut permeability and pain by activating mast cells. Mast cell activation is another hallmark of digestive conditions like IBS.
Mast cells also release histamine—another known contributor to gut issues.
So what can we do besides not eat seed oils?
Vitamin E is a powerful shield against seed oil toxicity by:
➤ Preventing the oxidative breakdown of these fats
➤ Blocking their conversion into inflammatory compounds
94% of IBS sufferers are deficient in vitamin E, making them over ten times as likely to have this deficiency.
Vitamin E helps prevent IBD in animals by reducing inflammation, tissue damage, and supporting healthy gut bacteria.

Vitamin E prevents breast cancer.
Vitamin E inhibited tumor growth by up to 80% in animals, due to its:
‣ Anti-estrogenic
‣ Insulin sensitizing
‣ Antioxidant
‣ Anti-inflammatory
Actions.

Vitamin E nearly doubles testosterone production.
Steroid production is heavily dependent on antioxidant status, and vitamin E is one of our primary ones.
◇ Vitamin E deficiency cuts testosterone by >50%
◇ Supplementation boosts fasting T by >130 ng/dl
◇ Increases production of T from HCG by nearly double
@ 483 mg / day of vitamin E acetate.
Replying to @Outdoctrination
Vitamin E nearly doubles testosterone.
483 mg improves the gonadal response to pituitary stimulation.
A high PUFA (seed oil) diet can cause oxidative damage the gonads, decreasing T output.
Vitamin E combats this.
More on that in the thread below.

Be careful when taking the cumstack that calls for 400 mcgs of selenium a day. Selenium toxicity can occur when it builds up too much, leading to hair loss, brittle nails, neorological problems, etc. The recommended DV is 55 mcg a day, 400 is the upper safe limit (from NIH)
